USA Orders

Shipping is a $3 FLAT rate for orders shipped to an address within the Continental United States. $3 is added to the total to cover for insurance and signature confirmation. The order total can be any amount and ONLY $3 will be added.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped with the US Post Office with 3 different options below. International shipping rates no longer have a minimum charge of $38 and will start at the lowest price charged by the U.S. Post Office. The price will vary depending on the total weight of the items ordered. Shipping rates do not include duty charges that may be imposed by the destination country's Customs Department.

Estimated time of arrival may vary if the package is being held by Customs for inspection, and U.S. Postal Service errors that are out of our control. Packages will take anywhere from 5 business days to 4 weeks depeneding on the shipping option selected. Please refer to each shipping option below for an idea of how long it will take for the package to arrive.

Priority Mail Express. Package will insured up to a value of $100 U.S. dollars with tracking service. Takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive. This shipping option is the fastest one available but costs the most.

Priority Mail. Package will insured up to a value of $50 U.S. dollars with tracking service. Takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive. If you can allow up to 2 weeks, this shipping option will help save some money.

First Class Mail. Package will insured up to a value of $50 U.S. dollars with tracking service. Takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. This is the cheapest option available if you do not need the products in a hurry. Only available to the following countries:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Shipping FAQ/Policy Statements

What happens if I have a missing item?

In any event due to missing content or missing items from your order, YOU MUST provide a written letter (e.g. email) stating what items that are missing AND MUST provide proof (e.g. pictures) of all content received along with packaging details WITHIN 48 hours after successful delivery of your package. Failure to provide any proof and a letter to us within the 48 hour period will release us from any liability of packages we shipped out.

What if my package was returned?

In any event where the package is returned to our office, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping charges incurred for each time we ship out any orders.

What if my package was returned and I would like to cancel my order?

In any event where the package is returned and the customer wishes to cancel the order, we reserve the right to refund the full amount minus any actual shipping charges.

Where is my package?

We would strongly suggest to use the tracking number to track the progress of your package. If you paid for a faster shipping time we usually ship out your package the next business day. The faster shipping is only an estimated transit time by the postal service we have no control over the transit time nor can we guarantee the time in transit. You may track your on or

As we do ship your package in a timely manner. Once your order is processed (usually the next business day unless any item is back-ordered) and shipped from our offices is when the service variable starts. We do not have any guarantees about the time frame that USPS or FedEx takes to delivery your package. Therefore all shipping charges are non refundable.
